Expert in antiquities and archaeologist
Archaeologist
Co-founder of Chimera HC, Alessandro Neri is an archaeologist and expert in antiquities. After graduating from postgraduate studies at the University of Florence, he balances his work between emergency archaeology at large construction sites, archaeological projects (such as Illegio Medievale in Udine), and consulting on antiquities, focusing primarily on ceramics and sculpture for international firms like Catawiki. He also collaborates with renowned Italian companies such as Pandolfini in Florence. Now he is the Head of Ancient Art and Antiquities at Apollo Galleries in London. Alessandro is qualified to carry out Preventive Archaeology work.
Co-founder of Chimera HC, graduated in medieval archaeology at the University of Siena and specialized at the University of Florence, Silvia Cipriani is involved in research relating to the Middle Ages and castle and fortifications in the Upper Tiber Valley in Tuscany. She works in emergency archaeology projects, public and private construction sites, and territorial planning and she is an expert in the Arezzo area and in particular in the Upper Tiber Valley. Member of various local cultural institutes and of the SAMI, Silvia is the president of the InCastro APS Association. Silvia is qualified to carry out Preventive Archaeology work.

Architect and archaeologist
Co-founder of Chimera HC, Andrea Capecchi is an archaeologist and architect graduated at the University of Florence, Andrea is expert in GIS analysis, landscape archaeology, cartography and topography. Since 2008 he has been dealing with territorial studies of ancient populations, with particular specialization on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, within territorial planning projects, valorization of the archaeological heritage and for VPIA procedures relating to construction and infrastructural projects, alternating fieldwork activities with surface research. Since the early 2000s he has collaborated with the CDSE foundation of Valbisenzio for which he has carried out many activities.

Archaeologist with a degree from the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, he specializes in classical and medieval funerary contexts, with a focus on physical anthropology applied to archaeology. He earned a Master's degree in Anthropology and Forensic Archaeology (INPEF) and a Master's degree in Art Management (LUISS Business School) in Rome. In addition to emergency excavation work and the publication of historical and archaeological articles, he was head of the physical anthropology section at the Civic Archaeological Museum of Agro Cimino (Viterbo). He is currently Head of the Archaeology Department at Pandolfini in Florence and has proven experience in the antiques market.
Archaeologist and Egyptologist, she obtained both her degree and PhD at the University of Pisa. She specializes in Egyptian funerary culture, with a particular focus on wooden artifacts, and has published the results of her research in several academic journals. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Alcalá de Henares. She is also a founding member of the international Medjehu Project and collaborates with various archaeological missions in Egypt, including those at Deir el-Medina (I.F.A.O.) and in the royal necropolis of the so-called Western Wadis (NKRF and University of Cambridge), both located in the Theban area.
